From a humble coffee side project attached to a chocolate shop , 96B started to gain its very own loyal followers.
Not content with just importing, roasting, and serving specialty coffee beans (a rarity at that time in Vietnam), Hana scouted the central highlands to look for Liberica (one of the world's rarest coffees) to offer at 96B.
FIRST COFFEE HARVEST IN 2017
Good coffee starts with good beans.
In 2017, the 96B team worked together with a small coffee farm in Da Lat to produce our first fermented natural lot.
The experiment continued over the years, resulting in exclusive Liberica and Catimor lots proudly served at the cafe as espresso, drip, and cold brew coffee.
TOTAL RENOVATION IN 2020
With a new partner, Thai Dang, whose love for coffee is only surpassed by her passion for efficiency, the 96B team embarked on a complete renovation and rebranding process.
No longer an experiment, 96B was rebranded as 96B cafe & roastery. A major overhaul in operation excellence, branding, and eventually, store design, followed.
Bragging is not our style, but let's get this straight: our ambitions are limitless.
