WE have been serving Liberica & Excelsa from Lam Dong since 2016, long before its current hype. From an obsession, in 2022, we expanded our capacity to spearhead our very own Liberica project. We are excited to introduce our exclusive Liberica lots from Quang Tri. The seventh drop, MOSTO, is one of our most labour-intensive coffees. Purple cherries were cleaned before being fermented in purple mosto extract for 5 days, then dried in the shade for 25 days.
