CHINGA is a small washing station established in 1960. This 'factory' is aligned with Othaya Farmer's Cooperative Society. This traditional "double washed" coffee is classically Kenyan with beautiful notes of light spices (think cinnamon and mulled spices), accented by bright notes of dried cranberries and stone fruits, with a high-tone acidity, reminiscent of pomegranates, and a syrupy mouthfeel.
