WE have been serving Liberica since 2016, long before its current hype. In 2022, we expanded our capacity to spearhead our very own Liberica, now called Excelsa project.

 

This year marks the first time we experienced with a new processing technique: Mosto White Honey. Thanks to Christopher Feran's feedback and comments on processing for the past three years, we applied his recommendations on this specific lot. Multiple steps in cleaning, fermenting, washing, and fermenting again bring out the bean's natural sweetness in a clean, floral, and bright way, completely different from our past lots.
