MORNING is our signature blend. Combining sweet Liberica with high-caffeine Robusta, this blend carries the traditional Vietnamese coffee flavour with an added chocolatey and fruity touch. We opted for natural processing for both these beans to preserve the cherries’ natural sweetness. Strong but silky, bittersweet but bright - we have the Liberica to thank for this complex fusion.
