This Ethiopia comes from Aricha Station, Gadeo area, Yirgacheffe region. In an area renowned for washed coffee, we opted for this natural processed lot to showcase how natural coffee can still retain all the floral complexities and fruit-forward characters without verging on over-fermentation.
