WE hold a special place in our heart for natural-processed coffee from Ethiopia. While washed Ethiopian is usually bright and ethereal, natural lots are often silky smooth. The elegant bouquet of dark berries and rose is there; and the velvety mouthfeel combined with a beautiful sweetness reminiscent of raw honey, accented with stone-fruit acidity and floral notes, simply brings this coffee to a whole new level.
